My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, while small, worked out fine for my daughter and myself during our two-night stay. The location was convenient, putting us close to the event we attended and surrounded by plenty of stores and restaurants. However, there were a few downsides, such as the noticeable noise from the 405 traffic, and a couple of instances where the room smelled like marijuana, which was quite off-putting.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were extremely quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's rest. They were spotlessly clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The location was superb, right across from a mall with a grocery store and close to buses that take you to the beach. The ample parking was perfect for my moving truck, and the free wifi made my stay even more convenient. Highly recommend booking here, especially for last-minute plans.
During my stay at another hotel for seven nights with three other people, including breakfast, we experienced extremely good customer service. Although the staff did not wear uniforms and opted for jogging suits, they were very informal. The hotel offers services for moving trucks or buses and has over talks. There are shops and commercial services available, a welcome drink, pet amenities, and tours/ticket assistance.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were kind of small, but surprisingly quiet despite facing the freeway. However, the half-used toilet paper and lack of an extra roll were inconvenient. The service was extremely comfortable and the location was convenient, with a mall across the road and close to various stores and restaurants. The dining options were good in taste and selection, although not being able to sit by the pool was a downside.
The hotel was conveniently located near a shopping mall with all essential amenities, but the noise levels made it challenging to enjoy the TV. It had a slightly dim interior atmosphere and was situated close to a busy highway. The location offered easy access to a variety of stores and dining options, although cleanliness was an issue with a noticeable odor on multiple occasions.
